OUR Home

In 2006 we bought the Lucky's Warehouse, a 90 year old, three-story warehouse in Brooklyn, Md, to facilitate our company's anticipated growth. We have endeavored to redevelop this property using sustainable approaches. Honoring the existing masonry architecture. Our objective has been to embrace simplicity and allow function and form to coexist. Our HVAC system is radiant hydronic distribution encased in polished concrete floors. Primary heat is provided by 28 rooftop solar panels and primary cooling is ground source water. We anticipate 65% reduction in typical HVAC costs while increasing comfort and occupant health. All new windows improve envelop efficiency while embracing natural daylight. We intend to install vegetated window awnings to provide beauty and solar advantage in both summer and winter seasons.

We moved into Lucky's in September, 2008. Currently, we have up to 12,000 sf of additional space for rent to firms sharing our passion for cost effective office space, elegant simplicity, and environmental stewardship.  More Info...
