Green Office = Blue Crabs Furbish Company just completed the remodel of Lucky's Warehouse this Spring, focusing on sustainable development. Sustainable features include natural daylight, an innovative solar and geothermal heating and cooling system, and vegetated solar shades. Furbish Company moved its operation into Lucky's in September, 2008. There is 3000 s/f available on the second floor as well as 6000 s/f on the third floor, with beautiful views of the City and water.
